B/W done with Channel Mixer (same results as "Black and White") adjustment.
Conversion done in Camera RAW, blended with Smart Object layers (3 layers).

Ted, what a difference the Smart object route makes. For one that isn't the smartest, no pun intended, can you describe how one replicates your results?
